The Color Meditation // May 8, 6-8 pm
a painting and energy alignment workshop
Uncover your limiting beliefs while creating an intuitive spirit painting that will forever remind you of your unique power.
Focus on the colors of the chakra system, notice what emotions come up, and then call out affirmations with the group to discover how your body responds to each one. It’s both fun and meaningful!
